Last weekend the Dutch Championships were held in the Olympic stadium in Amsterdam. Saturday I competed in the heats of the 100m hurdles. Unfortunately there was a very strong headwind, but I managed to qualify for the final.
The sunday I competed in the shot. I threw 15.17m and considering I have been training very hard the last couple of weeks, I was happy with the result.
The final of the hurdles was in the late afternoon. I was a bit disappointed with my time (13.80), but I did win a bronze medal. The next couple of weeks I will continue training hard and do some competitions.
